Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping within Germany: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping within Germany: 1-2 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- International Express Shipping: 3-6 business days

To ensure the highest quality, our high-priced products are carefully inspected again before shipping within Germany. This check ensures that each product meets the promised standards before it leaves our warehouse.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery at any time via the specified shipping provider.
Customs and Import Fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs and import fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are levied by the respective country.
Undeliverable Packages
If your delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being present, we will contact you immediately to arrange redelivery. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.
