Shipping Countries
We ship to Germany, all member states of the European Union, and the following additional countries: Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Norway, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. Shipping Costs
Within Germany and the European Union, we ship free of charge. To all other countries listed above, shipping is also free up to 2 kg; above 2 kg we charge a flat shipping fee of €50.00.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping within Germany: 3-5 business days
  • Express shipping within Germany: 1-2 business days
  • International standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • International express shipping: 3-6 business days

Special Quality Control for High-Value Products
To ensure the highest quality, our high-value products undergo an additional careful inspection within Germany before shipping. This check ensures that every product meets the promised standards before it leaves our warehouse.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery at any time via the specified carrier.

Customs and Import Fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs and import fees may apply and are to be borne by the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are levied by the respective country.

Undeliverable Packages
Should your delivery be returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, we will contact you promptly to arrange redelivery. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.

We place great value on secure and environmentally friendly packaging to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. Shipping is carried out by our trusted partner DHL.
