General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Jonas Oeking
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Jonas Oeking online shop (https://jonasoeking.com). They govern the contractual relationship between the seller (Jonas Oeking) and the buyers (customers). Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer. Acceptance of the offer is confirmed by an order confirmation via email. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices listed on the website include VAT. Shipping is subject to our shipping terms and conditions.

Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery
We ship worldwide according to our shipping terms. Delivery time depends on the destination and the selected shipping method. If an ordered item is not available, we will notify you immediately and offer you either a refund or an alternative.
7.Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Jonas Oeking Designs, Florastraße 1A, 40667 Meerbusch, Germany, email: jonasoeki@gmail.com) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
Consequences of revocation:
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of cancellation.
The return costs are to be borne by the customer.
9. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages not caused to the delivered item itself in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Special provisions for high-priced products
All high-priced products are inspected again in Germany before shipping to ensure they meet the promised quality. This guarantees that our customers receive the best possible quality.
11. Data protection
Data processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. Customers' personal data is collected and processed only within the framework of legal regulations.
12. Applicable law
All legal transactions and legal relationships between Jonas Oeking and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
13.Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
